ARTIST NOTES: The cliffs and rock formations along the Surfcoast on the Great Ocean Road are truely unique. I was inspired by this view when walking along the Airey's Inlet beach of the lighthouse peaking over the sand-dunes with the amazing textured rocky outcrop in the foreground and the orange and pink cliffs in the distance. In these troubled times I find lighthouses comforting that even though there are warnings about the rocks on the beach, the lighthouse will light the way.This is an original artwork by Rachel Rae painting in acrylic with a gloss varnish and is ready to hang.
