ARTIST BIO

I was born in Holland and at the age of six travelled with my family, via boat and plane, to South Australia where I have lived ever since.  As a result of a childhood spent living and camping in rural locations throughout South Australia I am a lover of nature, especially the beach and birdlife.

I have walked many paths in my life including sailor, biologist, youth worker, carer,seismologist and teacher.  Photography has always been a passion of mine and I have recently taken up the art of water colour painting.  I am still learning and growing as an artist, a photographer, a teacher and a human being.
